What we collect, and why.
The short version: we use your details to review your application and run the trip, and nothing else.
What we collect
- From the application: your name, email, phone if you give it, brand, brand website, role, revenue band, whether you play golf, your handicap if you give it, who referred you, and your answer about what would make the trip worth it.
- From the contact form: your name, email, company if you give it, and your message.
- With either form: your IP address and browser type, used only to block spam and limit repeat submissions.
Why
- To review your application, reply to you, and plan the trip if you come.
- We never sell, rent or share the list, and partners never receive it.
Who handles it
- Supabase stores applications. Resend sends the emails. Vercel hosts the site and counts page visits without cookies.
- Deposits are paid through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Keeping and deleting it
- We keep application details while The Range runs trips, so we can contact past applicants about future ones.
- To see or delete what we hold about you, email jake@jointherange.com and it will be done within 30 days.
